Meet Our Director
My name is Emily Brandenburg, and I am the Director of Lionheart Early Learning in Iowa City, IA. I have 12 years of experience in childcare and hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with an emphasis on early childhood leadership. My passion for education was ignited at a young age by an inspiring Kindergarten teacher, and it has continued to drive me throughout my career.
I reside in North Liberty with my husband. We have two children and two dogs, all of whom keep us joyfully busy. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, and spending time outdoors.
